Our experienced support workers take the time to understand your interests, goals and comfort level, then build community access support around what you genuinely enjoy. We focus on encouraging independence, confidence and meaningful connection, so each outing feels rewarding rather than rushed.
From your first social outing to becoming a regular at the activities you love, we walk alongside you at your own pace. We match you with consistent, friendly support workers who help you feel safe and supported while you build new skills, friendships and a stronger sense of belonging in your community.

Community access support is generally funded under the Core Supports budget in your NDIS plan, specifically Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation. If you are unsure whether your plan includes community access hours, our friendly team is happy to talk it through with you, with no obligation. We support participants who are self managed, plan managed and NDIA managed, and we can also assist privately funded clients who want flexible support without waiting on funding.
Full flexibility to choose Infinity Care Plus as your provider.
We invoice your plan manager directly, so there is nothing for you to handle.
